Alright is it just me or did PoP text, along with forum texts and such get changed? I feel like I'm losing my mind with all the small changes going on

Port text got changed, forum looks the same though :o

Also does anyone know if it's possible to turn off the thing where you can double click the top bar of a window and it expands/shrinks it?

Annoying at Nex when I try to click up at the top of my screen and do that instead, window shrinks, turns black, all my interfaces mess up and get prisoned, or something.
