Why do people use seismics for Vorago? Why not ascensions? Will a range buff change this? Buying ascensions right now so I'll finally get around to learning range.

Range is lower dps, but a range buff might change that. However the last "range buff" didn't change much :d

Range also has a shorter attack range than magic does, handy for the bomb tank to ensure (s)he is furthest away

But like Sikr said, range is worse DPS than melee or magic. They're buffing a couple ranged abilities sometime soon though, so we'll see how that turns out
