So, Where would I report a bug that's almost a year old and apparently only affects my character?

No matter which toy box I look at, i can only access page 1-3, last item in the chest is a monkey cape. my friends can see up to page 5, i look into their chest, page 3

had this bug since the boogie bow, and I'm kinda over it.

The bug you are referring to is probably going to tie in with the skill category for construction.

Edit: Also note that the issue most likely will not be immediately fixed as it does not appear as a priority fix.
