I dont think its specifically level 86 is it? I thought its any portent over portent of passage V. But I guess just do a medium hope you find a skill door you can't open, while also having at least (I think) a sparkling wisp.

Hard mode. Someone from Sha ky fc had hosted for me.

Oops there is a level 86 one, but its not a passage one. Its restoration shouldnt be too tough
