For kingdoms, do you need 100% approval only when you withdraw from the coffers for max rewards? Or do you need to constantly keep it up? I assume the second option but its rly something I've never rly bothered to do before.

I'm 99% sure its the second option. For optimum gain you need to upkeep daily but then you get into spending more time and smaller reward gains.

I only check kingdom every couple of months in the live game to collect eggs. I probably lose a ton of money doing this lol.

For OSRS I check it every two weeks or at least I try to.
