If not gaining a large stack of experience, I just like to do trim requirements or collect things for POH. Even if you don't want to trim, it gives you some thing to do.

If you're not feeling it then just do something else until you feel like it again. Personally gaining levels in OSRS keeps me busy whenever I'm on. When I'm on the live game I can always go train Divination since I'm still only lv87.

Lack of GE makes OSRS so boring and slow for me. I've yet to burn 5k chaos at Steels but ughhhhhhhhhh... selling the drops is a pain.
Something should be done about run energy too. As it stands now, 90% of my time spent in game consists of me staring at the run energy %.
