You can get a Morgan hat from Faruq's tools for games in Al Kharid. It's called voting hat (RED)

I had a blue phat keepsaked for a few months but took it out when I really needed the extra cash for some purchases. I still haven't keepsaked a new item but my plan would be to get a blue keepsake again once I have enough spare money.

Morgan hat is cool though, it can join the chefs hat + apron I wore for 30-200m cook in my misc-tab.
