+ With regards to the discussion last night about old friends: Just as I was heading off I noticed the date, and it immediately came to me that it was a friend's birthday. I hadn't spoken to them in such a long time (2-3 years, just lost touch as they returned to Canada), and decided to send them a warm message. They got back to me after about 10 minutes and seemed so pleased I'd remembered about them, ended up not sleeping until gone 2. :P
