idk i really don't see them reverting eoc just on the basis it's been out for so long and so many recent updates utilize it heavily ;c

I would be in favour of making it so abilities don't play such an essential part in the system like they currently do. They'd be like special attacks, with VERY extended cooldowns that'd add flavour to combat from time to time, but nothing like they are now. They wouldn't be a main aspect in the system.

most people exaggerate bad stuff about themselves though, the ones that don't are generally the ones that will also overrate postiive things about themselves
