Well if staff does the same damage in 3.6 seconds as wand and book, but uses 3 times less runes it'll surely be cheaper :o

According to Envi and Finbarr, wand and book should theoretically be faster. And according to my tests, staff outperformed the two by far. However I'd like to try again.

I meant to say actually, Morgan. I checked T7 dual wield against T8 staff, and found that the staff was quite noticeably better (at least with momentum/ovl).
