Did a JMod say somewhere that Gambling Nuke won't be updated for 2-3 months?

I don't want to ask in Item Discussion, bc then I'd get nuked. I cannot for the life of me manage to catch Covid. Perhaps it's because I didn't get vaxxed? The travails of those lacking immunity. :(

Jagex mentioned in one of the live-streams the gambling solution would come in early 2013. Between the commotion of explicitly saying they'll remove the mobile gambling methods and Mod Daezhun posting on a thread that hosting is a mutable offence, I think Moerdred and Mod Mark talked briefly about it and Mod Mark said it would be skill-based so it sounds like its already being worked on. Jagex hasn't released any time-frame more specific than early 2013 to my knowledge.
