I will nap for a wee while.
I need to start sleeping earlier, but I don't feel tired until like nearly 1am.. So far this week I have accumulated 1 hour in lateness for work..
I struggle sleeping early, and then because of that I always want to wake up late in the morning, but I can't with work, and I then have hardly any energy during work, and kinda wake up at like 3-4pm, and again struggle sleeping early.
