110k Slayer
3x 100k xp in a skill above 75
3x 50k xp in a skill above 65
100k Prayer if you pray at the Guthix altar
5x 10k Firemaking if you light all the torches
=> 810k + 150k bonus.
Nomad's requiem also gives 588k worth of Zeals if spent in any melee skills @99, so it's not the first to give large amounts of xp.

Not sure if I will get the pick though, as when I mine I actually want to keep the ores generally. I also un-gilded and sold my D pick for a bit of cash when toolbelts were released hehe. Though I suppose it would be good for mining in the LRC so you don't have to bank as often? Maybe I'll get it someday when I feel like doing a lot of mining. RSC - Gone, but never forgotten.
