On Linkify you can highlight text on a post and press "quote", that'll only quote the highlighted bit of text - it removes all colour though.

I use it because it allows me to quote a specific bit of a post and it also stops quoteboxes building up and therefore removing unnecessarily huge posts! Unslain Bosses - Clan
