I thought RS3 players hated the elite spawns of Slayer monsters especially the Dark beast one. Not sure why Osrs is copying the idea.

if you mean the floating red pulsing thing, its the atlas thingy, its like a massive living encyclopedia from what i understand and it plays massive part in the lore of the game and goals

there should be a no man sky wiki page about the atlas that has better info though, but due to it being new youl get peoples speculations and some spoilers possibly
