You used to get a medal and a bouquet of flowers when you won a medal but this Olympics is supposed to be the first "green" Olympics and a bouquet of flowers was deemed to not be "green" enough.

So they give them a 3D print of the Rio 2016 logo which is supposed to represent the curves of one of the mountains around there.

Yeah its dumb.
