admin is easily achievable in my clan, so a ton of people like to use the avatar(which is great), but people have been wanting one to use off-world for some time now, and the avatar plot doesn't increase upkeep, so why not!

i have, but i don't really have the extra money at the moment lol (surviving off disability) the government shutting down isn't exactly helping either >.< silly people!
