from what i understand, as i only know about indoor volleyball, puting your hands over the top of the net which she also does is against the rules, and running under the net to save after the first shot is only legal if its from the back half of the court on the first shot and can only done by the wing spikers in the rotation or the libero.... but i admittedly only know about 6s for indoor

i was a fit teenager before i became a fat lazy person, i played MB and Pince server, i put my fingers a good 3mm over the top of the net to cause a one touch due the angle being weird and not much experience, penalized for crossing net lines, hawklike judges i say
