I read that as VetCon for some reason.

Suddenly imagined going into Wilderness to this large tent, and the boss fight was a ton of vets or peeps cosplaying as vets or something.

Interestingly Vet'ion summons skeletal hellhounds during his boss fight. So he isn't a very good vet.
