Wat be the most 'efficient'/'fastest' way to go about the compy reqs for the Arc stuff? Like, the ideal things to do and whatnot to help reduce the grind as much as possible lol.

Most efficient way would be to fish with a Rod-o-matic + Honed and Polishing perks on Whaler's Maw, bank the fish using the deposit box (costs 750 chimes to unlock, but you should have enough after completing all miniquests), then cook the fish on a Portable Range at the max guild.

Of course you try to use all the boosts you can, so the Fury Shark outfit if you have it , granite lobster, and Perfect Plus for fishing - and the modified Sous Chefs outfit for when you are cooking the oil. Unslain Bosses - Clan
