The 5k thing, I'm not sure if I like it. 5k chimes can take 5 hours, which automatically puts the spear creation at less than 7.2m/hr with current prices, depending on the rarity of the head and your luck. Perfect luck and 1 kill drops would mean 7.2m/hr, but that value will realistically be a lot lower.
Prices will drop too I'm guessing, spear is good for corp but that's it. 85 daggers cost 4m for a set, lance has halberd range and aftershock deleting lances keeps the price at 28m, less than the spear already.
I suppose it's all down to rarity, as long as the head does not take more than a couple hours to get, and the profit is something like 3-4m or more it could be nice as chime farming is also relatively afk. Wiki says it's very rare but..
