It really isn't. You'd be surprised at just how good a 10 second cooldown on anticipation is for adrenaline stalling - which you do almost everywhere for one reason or another.

Absorbative2/Venomblood could be deemed situational when compared to Absorbative 3, but honestly, 1% more damage is worth the Venomblood imo (esp for Araxxor)

Crackling is a no brainer if you don't do Araxxor.

I mean situational as in there are no best perks for every case. Cracking is really good, worth having for sure. It can be an issue if you occasionally fight something that reflects though. Probably not worth spending 2-10x an instance cost to remove it for a bit (and add it back later).

Venomblood is nice and I like it, but I can see it being wasted in most cases. Absorbative coming with it is not bad, I would say in a fight it can probably be more useful than reflexes too, but stalling is great to have.

Would reflexes on a switch to stall and remove crackling on reflects work? Then, for extended boss camping (spider or whatever) I suppose replacing crackling with reflexes and not using a switch at all would be a good idea.
