Its mainly Japanese food. They do a lot of fish and Sushi ofc but there's the normal egg fried rice and sweet and sour chicken as well if you want it.

The idea is you go sit around a big grill and the chef cooks whatever you ask for in front of you. They usually do tricks with the food like juggle eggs and shit. Its the best restaurant I've ever been to!

I think I have been to one actually, albeit in Cyprus.

I don't know how to describe it better than you, but yeah, I think I've been to one. I got like bits of potato/eggs and things like that before my main meal as the chef cooked them in really crazy/cool ways. It was amazing.
