Does anyone have any tips for p4, like the anima bomb resets defensives and then telos fires a so much power bomb that will always hit you unless you defensive/disruption shield it but the defensives are in cool down and you can't use disruption shield if maging.

Is it just as basic as timing correctly or is there another way?
