I think I just did the highest tier adamant ingots. I don't know how costly it is but with how much coal is dropped at GWD2 and Trahaearn hour allowing you to mine more than 50 adamant ores at a time, I can't imagine that it costs very much. (at least not by comparison)

Rune ceremonial sword daily challenges makes it free, but it's not quick.

Ceremonial swords are better than burial armour if you've unlocked sword polishing kits.

Man I'm pretty sure the swh doesn't degrade one minute after every spec. I'm sure it starts the timer when you equip it so you can spec as much as you want as long as you time it?

pretty sure the wiki is wrong but it gets changed back to 1 spec = 1 minute every time someone changes it cause the admins can't be arsed to test it themselves lol
