I'm sort of hypochondriac, so I was eating and suddenly I start to feel stabbing pain in my epigastric (a bit above stomach) area.
I was getting nervous and my mind was running. It'd sort of hurt more when breathing.
"Omg, definitely a stomach ulcer... what if your gastric acid is now loose and you'll die from infection". I was having cold sweats.

I stopped eating, lied in bed for a bit and then eventually pain dissipated. I don't know what it was, but I'm glad it's gone. Scared me.
