Yeah, the ball has a no-goal policy during bigger tournaments. Sometimes players outsmart the ball and force it to go in. But most of the time, they always "just" miss it.

We can expect some boring, uneventful goalless games with a few surprises thrown in (unusual teams progressing and doing well with bigger teams struggling) during this year's Euro games. .
