This guy's Torva pl8 has what looks like bamboo sticks attached to it. Anyone know why that is? For a long time I thought a specific perk added that to it. I have aug's torva and I don't have that.

I voted no for the skillcape rework. Don't understand why players voted for it and immediately complained when we got it.

I refuse to buy and keepsake 3rd Age cause somewhere down the road Jagex will butcher it.
