Seems only useful for lurkers who don't post often; if you frequently post on various threads in different forums those threads are pushed far down the list.

Idk if you can sticky certain threads in your profile with Linkify, but that'd make it somewhat useful...

I have never ever seen the point in it. I do for like a very short-term bookmark/profile. For instance, if I'm too busy to properly read the thread or post everything I want on it atm, I'll post something (sometimes on-topic, sometimes meaningless like "Profiled&quot ;) and go back to it later when I return to forums with more time on my hands

I only use it on the rare occasion I forget the name of a thread I'd posted on and/or don't want to search through several pages to look for it
