Rcing is kinda crappy money these days because its so capped out. Slayer and bossing has honestly surpassed it just like on Rs3. I find it ironic that everyone on OSRS complains about Runespan having ruined the RC skill, but RC on Rs3 seems to make about as much money relative to bossing as it does in OSRS lol.

Well, true that has really helped. But even before Runespan, Bots had destroyed the rune market to the point of Jagex needing to manually change the alch price of nature runes because people were alching nature runes for profit. Rcing died well before Runespan existed, yet somehow Runespan gets blamed for the decline of Rcing.

Just goes to show how most people seem to care more about how much exp they have, rather than what the skill actually provides :P .
