I'd far rather play with a bunch of new folks who don't know what they're doing, than not play - as long as it isn't stressing them, and they stick with trying, then all's good.

I don't mind going with noobier players, during one of the BA spotlights, I spent like 30 minutes trying to explain to someone how to use calls in the hp ability book lol, I'm not sure what he was doing, but he got it in the end!
