Good thing Runecrafting on RS3 is pretty fast. On Osrs it's a nightmare. Just getting it to 50 for Devious Minds was torture.
Nat tiaras, pay runners, you can get 50 in about 90 mins.

I think this guy is pretty obscure. How many know you can fight him after the quest? And he even has a unique bone drop.

With Vorago, do you factor in the time spent gaining cbt lvls, obtaining weapons and armour, gaining skill, and making teams? Because if you do, it would also lower the average somewhat.
