Question for pro combat people:

How come when using dual wield, you can use an ability after your third tick of assault and the 4th tick will still hit, but with a 2h weapon you have to time your ability to be in sync with the 4th tick of assault for it to hit?

Got his dragon mattocks then crashed the clan citadel into Anachronia wiping out the dinosaurs.
