I just make supremes and salves. I only ever use Holy Overload for Chaos Elemental tasks (and I usually only end up using a single dose). I guess any kind of Wilderness traversing would make them more appealing.

Eh, isn't that only good for places where you find yourself needing antifire and/or antipoison? I never bothered with them when I did 200m herblore. :x
