Any idea on what's decent to do for medium clue scrolls? In terms of speed that is

If its still best like pickpocketing guards or something then might be tempted to just buy the med clue items for my treasure box.. Will still finish off hard/elites without buying though, except maybe gilded because its kinda unrealistic lol
