Also who decided it would cost 100 points to change tech tree allignment ._.

It will take me 12 more goblin tasks to finish this, then another 7 tasks to gain enough currency to swap to dwarf. At which point I'll only be missing 3 points to unlock all dwarfs things so switching does nothing.

Anybody ranked Admin and above can change the rank (or kick from the clan) anybody who has a lower rank than their own. Those permissions can't be adjusted or customized unfortunately, so just have to be careful about who's given an Admin+ rank since it comes along with those permissions.
