I like this but I'm not sure where Jagex would take it. Hopefully a mix between WE2 & Ports, like you seemed to suggest, but I could see it falling flat. (not your fault) Supported.

I think I'd like to see Jagex iron out what they think an elite skill should be before they start introducing more of them.
