Is Meg leading us to PoP V4?

Her investigation is leading to a ship off Crandor.
Her rewards are ports related items.
Skilling weekends in May are dedicated to Port related skills.
...and lastly, it's Meg, from the port.

It just seems to be pointing towards it...

(Either that, or it could be an underwater boss...or both)

I suspect the underwater boss will be in the Arc, which should be coming out this Summer. I wouldn't doubt that the Meg-a May cases are leading us to that update.
