i think they're just trying to reiterate that the 5 daily teleports turn into unlimited teleports, and that the unlimited teleports aren't any different than the 5 daily teleports you get from the normal sets. It is redundant but technically would result in less confusion in the long run.

it does look good for a ghost outfit though, better than the h'ween outfits for sure. Hopefully they release better looking ghost outfits in the future too.
