I'm so bored again. Lost motivation to even keep Thieving because at the same time I feel like I should be grinding for those reputation rewards but then again I don't want to because it takes far too long.

Some of the things are actually worth it.
But camping some monsters so that you can get 15 reputation once in a while and 150 per day when you get a bounty task done while you need a total of 20k of that is just plain stupid.
May those who go for it enjoy their rewards but that's nothing I'd even consider.

you can kill the bosses for seals which give reputation
help.
