The only thing I would add to that is t90 boots are incredibly overpriced and jagex is looking at adjusting the drop rates/mechanics of them again. Also, many places Dom Tower gloves are more effective than t90 gloves. (NPCs that don't regenerate their stats, like Durzag and Yaka) So although yes we are likely to pay way more for a small boost, they are usually extras we use in niche situations and not our main gear that we use everywhere... No way I would use scrimshaws to trian invention, or slayer/ect.
