Yes.

It increases your chance of getting 'good stuff' from RDT, and it also increases the rate of "unique" drops from monsters; so... Blood Shards, Nex armours, GWD items, etc. Unslain Bosses - Clan

Something something 1% boost to monster specific drops and removes some empty slots from RDT? I don't even remember lol
