Only problem I've got now is that it costs too much to use aug gear. 10% is too little. We're not all Donald Trump with 10b banks.

It's not too bad really, only about 2x the normal degrade cost once you have all the charge drain reductions.. That's without efficient perks

Paying ~900k an hour instead of 400k or so to get +12-26% damage (depending on target) is worth it imo
