I've only eaten Turkey and generic boiled vegetables for the past week, I've got some crap ready meals freezing away in the freezer, I'll eat one soon and post my opinions, don't worry..
Oh, with regards to christmas meals, there's one thing I do different to most people and that's the sprouts, let's be honest about it, most people hate sprouts and they just reluctantly eat them at christmas because it's the done thing, fry your sprouts, they taste lovely then, but you have to put them in the oil while it's cold, it's probably very unhealthy, but they soak up the oil before they fry, fry them until the outside leafs turn black and you've got an addition to your dinner that's actually as nice as the turkey. Deep fried soggy sprouts are ace!
