Swap the ectoplasmator for a bonecrusher (or tool belt one) and the book for a vampyrism scrimshaw. Soulstone for Sara if you have it
Also bring a few restores. She drops a lot, but you don't want to rely on RNG too much since the bones won't recover it all and the altar may not be enough.
