My BIOS, not Windows - So, CPU overclocks, tweaked RAM timings, all my fast boot settings, what USB devices to recognise on start up (this is actually kinda important, making it only recognise keyboards and mice cut off ~15s from boot times for me :O )

Now I just have to fix it not recognising my case fans :S
