top left kinda looks like char?
Hard to say. She could always be reskinned/wear a new outfit, but it looks too different from Char to me. Hard to see the hair (which would be the easiest thing) but the legs/feet are wrong to be Char.

The bottom right looks more like Nex to me than the top left looks like Char. So perhaps we've got a full powered Nex on our hands for this dungeon? Not terribly imaginative, but would fit the lore at least. Could also be a new Nihil experiment, since Zaros doesn't have many generals to choose from at the moment.
