Download Speccy > click "Storage", scroll down and press "SMART data"

It's available on most harddrives/SSDs and it tells you how long it has been powered on for in its entire life.

e: That being said mine is slightly inaccurate because it only counts the drive as 'powered on' if its being accessed, which hasn't really been the case in the past few months, so maybe less than 1k hours :P

I turn mine off every night before bed because my computer boots in less than a second :p

I should do that actually. SSD is probably one of the best thing I've invested in, when speaking of computers.
