How do I move a fullscreen window on the 2nd monitor?
I had to get that monitor back now that I got the drawing board...
I found a program for painting but it's instant fullscreen so it doesn't have the border to drag it there with.

Also, you could set your secondary screen to your primary monitor (it will move your task bar, however you can move that back to your other monitor manually if you so wish) - you can do so by right click > screen resolution > click your second monitor and press "make this my default display" Unslain Bosses - Clan
