O I forgot you get 300 for both Araxxor and Araxxi, 2150 kills my bad :P

Plus when path 1's open, you'd get xp from the minions so hmm :p
There's also enrage too. I don't know how that works because I don't ever kill Araxxor but it seems like that would slow you down as well.
